How much do I need?

Sausage: figure 1–2 pieces per person — a large tray (24 pc) covers ~12–18 guests alongside other trays.
Meatballs: 2–3 per person as a side, more if they're the main.
Lasagna: 12 real servings per tray.
Buns: sold by the dozen (12 buns). Match the bun quantity to the sausage portions you plan to serve.

Trays come prepared hot (ready to serve) or cooled down (reheat at home).
