Hot and ready, or chilled to reheat — packed and labeled, so all you do is set it out and take the credit.
How much do I need?
Build your spread
- Sausage: figure 1–2 pieces per person — a large tray (24 pc) covers ~12–18 guests alongside other trays.
- Meatballs: 2–3 per person as a side, more if they're the main.
- Lasagna: 12 real servings per tray.
- Buns: sold by the dozen (12 buns). Match the bun quantity to the sausage portions you plan to serve.

- Trays come prepared hot (ready to serve) or cooled down (reheat at home).
- In-store pickup.
