Sausage Lasagna.

Layered properly — pasta, sauce, ricotta, three-cheese blend, ground hot sausage, repeat. Made in-house twice a week and sold by the serving until it's gone. If you want a whole tray, order it the day before.

Ingredients

Lasagna pasta, homemade San Marzano sauce, Grande Sopraffina ricotta, three-cheese blend (mozzarella, provolone, parmesan), ground hot sausage.
