We'll Make It Right.

Because perishable food can't be returned — but problems can be fixed.

The Short Version

Sausage is perishable, so we can't accept physical returns. But if your order arrives damaged, late, missing items, or otherwise not what you expected, we'll replace it or refund you. No back and forth.

If Something's Wrong With Your Order

Email us at info@riccisausage.com within 24 hours of delivery, and include:

We'll review and respond within one business day. Most cases end with a free replacement on the next outgoing ship date, a refund to your original payment method, or store credit — whichever you prefer.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it ships. Once it's packed and handed to the carrier, we can't pull it back — but if there's a real problem, we'll work it out. Email info@riccisausage.com or call 412-331-9531.

Subscriptions

Sausage Club members can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from their account page. Changes made before your next billing date take effect on that cycle.

Local Pickup

For in-store pickup orders, just call the shop. We'll sort it out at the counter the same way we have since 1945.
