Eighty-one years of Ricci's in McKees Rocks. Both recipes came over from Sulmona with the family in 1945 — sweet and hot, two different blends, neither one a version of the other. Still hand-mixed and ground in our own USDA-inspected shop, not trucked in from five states away.
